I build design teams that do great work — and stick around. For 15+ years I've led UX and creative direction across some of the most complex digital transformation engagements in travel, hospitality, QSR, telecom, and retail.
At Publicis Sapient, I serve as Associate Creative Director — partnering with executive stakeholders to define experience strategy and creative vision for large-scale, cross-disciplinary engagements. I've led work for Spirit Airlines, Universal Orlando, Verizon, Taco Bell, Culver's, and ASICS, among others.
My leadership style is hands-on without being a bottleneck. I stay close to the work, close to my team, and close to the client. I still open Figma. I also know when the best thing I can do for a project is step back and let talented people do what they're great at.
The designers I've worked with tend to stick around — some for five to ten years. I think that's because I spend as much time on the human side of design leadership as the craft side: helping people understand what actually matters in the room, how to present their work with confidence, how to navigate a difficult stakeholder, and how to protect their energy for the work that counts.
